Milk

The 2 Dairy herds located on Broadmoor and Corston Farms in Pembrokeshire produce in excess of 6.75 million litres of milk per year. The milk is sold for Cheese manufacture.

Both herds are of Holstein Friesian Cows with a total of 725 Cows being milked twice a day. Average milk production is 9,500 litres per cow.
