Wheat for milling and feed is the break crop in the rotation on all farms, the planted area exceeds 2,000 acres. Key varieties are Gallant, Solstice, Sossions and Oakley.

In common with sugar beet the crop is managed by a specialist team across all the farms with the storage and marketing of the output being dealt with primarily by Camgrain.
